Please remember you will be talking/chatting with a real US Based Customer Service Member and while we do have a small team we will get back to you & resolve any issue you might have as quickly as possible.

WE DO NOT DO "TRADITIONAL" EXCHANGES. IF YOU WISH TO EXCHANGE A PRODUCT PLEASE PURCHASE THE CORRECT SIZE FIRST THEN FILL OUT THE RETURN FORM AND WE WILL SUPPLY A RETURN LABEL FOR THE ITEM YOU WISH TO RETURN.
We usually ship within 1-2 Business Days, but we (like you) are sometimes at the mercy of the carrier. Please note we cannot refund or replace lost items until 30 days from the date of shipment.
We also send tracking on all orders that ship from our warehouse. If you have not received tracking please check your spam or make sure that you have supplied a valid email address.
